1. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, the Book (PDF format) will be sent directly to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
  • Please ensure that you enter a valid and correct email address while making the purchase.

2. Cancellations

  • Since eBooks are digital products delivered instantly, order cancellations are not allowed once the payment is processed.

3. Return & Refund Policy

  • All Book purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for Books under any circumstances, including cases where:
    • The eBook has been accidentally purchased.
    • The eBook was not downloaded or accessed after purchase.
    • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

4. Issues with Product Delivery

If you do not receive the eBook within 24 hours of payment, please check:
